In addition it will be possible to enter adate for any day in the last 14 days in order to display the Capped circuit reportfor that day (ie 24 hours).Data Items:Service Id, Network Id , Capped Reason (set to “AUTO”, ”CHRONIC” for „A‟, ‟C‟respectively), Headline Rate-Downstream Line Rate, Profile Update Timestamp,BIP Update Time.Network ID is masked for WBC/21 CN Services.DSL Max Service Option ReportA new report which will display the details of the Service Option selected for aparticular Service and its status to the Service Providers. The users will have theoption to change the Service Option as part of a modify order, and will also beable to select it as a new DSL Max Order. But, it may take a number of days toreach the option requested or it may not be bale to reach the requested Optiondue to the existing Line Conditions. The Service Option values and its status willbe displayed in this report. Hence, the Service Providers will have the visibility tocontrol how DLM manages a particular Line.
