Centrals and Performance DashboardsThe introductions of two new Dashboards on BBCR enhance the current system. They aim toprovide managers with a statistical view of BT Datastream and BT IPstream ADSL provisionand repair performance measures. The following high-level summary measures will be available to you:• % Orders completed by Customer Required Date• % Orders rejected after acceptance• % Orders completed by ODD• Weekly repairs – total number of completed EU Repairs.• % Faults cleared• BT Centrals/Aggregate Access Provision and Repair including 20 hour repair measure.• Virtual Path Provision and Repair measures – BT Datastream onlyThese enhancements have been introduced to BBCR following a review of our currentreporting methods.PLEASE NOTEIt is important to note that when the above measures are displayed on BBCR the reports willhave different characteristics from those which you are currently using and have becomefamiliar with.• In particular, in contrast to the current reporting methods where BBCR data is updatedthroughout the day and is a near real-time measure of what is happening to your orders andfaults, the above measures will be provided weekly or monthly as applicable.• Drill downs to more detailed information will be limited because this information is alreadyavailable from the „search by criteria‟ option on BBCR and we want to avoid any duplication ordeviation from current search processes.• As the new reports provide high level summaries and not near real-time measures, the datacannot be matched exactly to the existing detailed information.CP‟s need to request access via the econtact team broadband.eco.admin.com. Access to thenew dashboards is via the Ts and Cs Folder on the screen displayed below.PAGE 254 OF 271
