A record iswritten to the report when the line is first sync‟ed up and thereafter the line isreported whenever there is a change of speed.This report is available either online, in CSV or XML formats .Email delivery can be scheduled to run at intervals from 5 minutes to 24 hours.NOTE ; If there has been extensive activity on MAX product circuits then it isrecommended that the frequency of this report is increased, as the resultingPAGE 72 OF 271

Reports in excess of 2MB may causeproblems with email facilities resulting in delivery failure.Data Items displayed :Service Id, Network Id, Product, Upstream Line Rate, Headline Rate-DownstreamLine Rate, Line Rate Timestamp ( ie EU log-in time or time of daily check),Interleaved, Advanced Service Indicator, BIP Update Time, Sync Rate, SyncTimestamp, BRAS Profile Name.A circuit is included for the first time in the report if there has been a change ofUpstream or Downstream Line Rate.Addition of new data item in “BRAS Profile Name” field for 21CN/WBC Servicesalong with the existing values for 20 CN.Network ID is masked for WBC/21 CN Services.Current Service Details ReportProvide a report giving current service details for all Datastream Max (includingCBR and VBRrt variants), Datastream Max Premium (including CBR and VBRrtvariants), IPstream Max and IPstream Max Premium circuits within 1 working dayof a request from the SP via email (in CSV format).This report is internally limited within the BT Application to prevent more than tworeports running at any one time, and is scheduled to run overnight. If two reportshave been scheduled for the same date that you request you will not be able toschedule the report for the selected date.Data Items displayed :Service Id, Network Id, Product , Upstream Line Rate, Downstream Line Rate,Noise Margin Re-set (Y/N), Run Mode , BIP Update TimeNetwork ID is be masked for WBC/21 CN Services.MAX End User Summary ReportNew report showing service details for an individual Datastream Max (includingCBR and VBRrt variants), Datastream Max Premium (including CBR and VBRrtvariants), IPstream Max and IPstream Max Premium circuit by specifying theNetwork or Service Id for that circuit.Additionally a date may be specified to view only changes for a particular day.Please note : A maximum of 100 records will be displayed.A new attribute called Service Option is added to display the Service Option forthe individual circuits.
