First Dispatch – This is the date and time that you want to start receiving emailsfrom and should be in the format dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss. For MAX productreports, this will initially be set with the current date and time, but you can changethis to accommodate post-dated email reporting requirements. For the MAXproduct Current Service Detail Report, upto two dates and times may be inserted(as upto 2 requests for this report can be submitted per night)Cease Date – This shows the last date and time that an email is to be dispatchedfrom <strong>BT</strong> to the SP. For the MAX product <strong>Line</strong> Rate Change Delta report, this willbe initially set to 12 weeks from the current date, you can change this to matchyour requirement.Email 1 to 6 – Enter up to 6 email addresses and this is where your email reportwill be sent.Record Retention – This is set at 3 days. This figure can not be changed.Last Dispatch – This shows the last date and time that an email was dispatchedfrom <strong>BT</strong> to the SP.Period Type – Select from the drop down menu how often you want an emailreport e.g. Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks. (Use in conjunction with frequency).The Current Service Details Report from the MAX product Reports folder cannotbe configured using this option, as it can only be scheduled to run on an adhocbasis.Frequency – Select from the drop down menu how frequent you want an emailreport. The frequency values available will vary depending upon the selectedPeriod Type as detailed below:If Min is selected in Period Type Dropdown List Box, the frequency can beselected from 5, 10, 15, 20…55 minutes. i.e. minimum frequency is 5 minutes,and maximum frequency is 55 minutes, with all frequencies between (in fiveminute intervals) selectable to suit your requirements.If Hour is selected in Period Type Dropdown List Box, the frequency can beselected from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 … 23 hours i.e. minimum frequency is 1 hour, andmaximum frequency is 23 hours, with all frequencies between (hourly intervals)selectable to suit your requirements.If Day is selected in Period Type Dropdown List Box, the frequency can beselected from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 i.e. minimum frequency is 1 day, and maximumfrequency is 6 days, with all frequencies between (daily intervals) selectable tosuit your requirements.If Week is selected in Period Type Dropdown List Box, the frequency can beselected from 1, 2, 3, 4 … 9 weeks i.e. minimum frequency is 1 week (weekly),and maximum frequency is 9 weeks, with all frequencies between (weeklyintervals) selectable to suit your requirements.Note : The Current Service Details Report from the MAX product Reports foldercannot be configured using this option, as it can only be scheduled to run on anadhoc basis.RTN – this is the return email address should the email not be delivered. It isautomatically completed and cannot be changed..Include Weekends – Select if you want email delivery on a Saturday & Sunday.Zip File – This will be automatically selected and cannot be changed, as all MAXproduct reports will be zipped by <strong>BT</strong> (due to potential size of these reports).Stop sending email – Choose this button and the cease date will be set to thecurrent date and time, effectively halting any further dispatch of the report shownin Report Name.PAGE 124 OF 271
