Period Type – Select from the drop down menu how often you want an emailreport. (Use in conjunction with frequency).Frequency – Select from the drop down menu how frequent you want an emailreport, the maximum being every 30 minutes. (Use in conjunction with PeriodType).Record Retention – This is set at 10, which means that your report will containfaults or orders that are open or have been closed/completed/cancelled for 10days or under. This figure can be changed to a maximum of 91 days.First Dispatch – This is the date and time that you want to start receiving emailsfrom and should be in the format dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm.Last Dispatch – This shows the last date and time that an email was dispatchedfrom <strong>BT</strong> to the SP.Email 1 to 6 – Enter up to 6 email addresses and this is where your email reportwill be sent.Stop sending email – Choose this button to effectively halt any further dispatchof email.Available Columns – This contains the data items that can be contained withinthe report. These can be moved across to the selected columns field by the „add‟or „add all‟ buttons. If you do not want all the items to appear on the report or youwant them to appear in a certain order, then highlight the item and use the „add‟button, otherwise use the „add all‟ button. To remove previously selected dataitems use the „remove‟ or „remove all‟ buttons.Update – Choose this button and the criteria that you have just completed will beused to fulfil the email reports.Cancel – Choose this button before choosing „Update‟ and your selections willreturn to how they were previously.“Lost Migration Orders E-Mail Administration – Order Status Email Report” ismodified to limit the Available Columns list to the following 9 fields.
