The „Order Pipeline Detail‟ will contain the list of data items which are configuredfor a particular product by the Administrator through Order Pipeline AttributeConfiguration Report.Old APS AU Service Report- This report shows old AP Set and the currentCustomer details(at the time of Novation) provided that the In Use Flag is „X‟.The „Old APS AU Service Report‟ contain the following data items:Data Items:AP Set AU Service ID, EUA Service ID, In Use Flag, Customer ID, CustomerName.Accessing the ReportsData contained within both order and fault reports will be available whilst theorders and faults are open and then for 13 weeks after closure or cancellation.After 13 weeks, summary information of both orders and faults will be availablefor 2 years. (An historic load of data is not being completed and therefore the 13weeks and 2 years timescales will be built up from April 2004). The onlyexception to this is the All Orders Summary where orders will be removed fromthis report after 10 days of being closed or cancelled. They will still be availablefrom other reports for 13 weeks in detail and 2 years in summary formats.Information on Major Service Outages is removed from the system after 48 hours.Information on historic Planned Engineering Work (PEW) and EmergencyMaintenance Undertaking (EMU) is removed after 60 days.Max End <strong>User</strong> Reports will continue to display the latest state of the order even ifno updates have been received in the last 14 days-until the circuit is ceased, orthe circuit is moved to a non dsl max product.<strong>On</strong>ce access to the reports has been confirmed please go towww.btwholesale.com/broadband and follow the link to Broadband CustomerReportingClick „Yes‟ to proceed on the security alert screenEnter the <strong>User</strong> ID and Password click „Log in‟Read the warning note and accept by clicking OK.The first screen menu will show the folders that you have requested access to, eg„Faults‟, „Orders‟, „Service Activity Notices‟, „MAX product‟ and „AdvancedServices‟. By clicking on any of these folders you will be taken to a screen whichshows all the reports that can be run from either folder (Each report has an „Addto Favourites‟ option which if selected means that you can navigate straight tothat report from the Favourites option). The first screen menu will also allow youto run the „Fault Record Search‟, „Order Record Search‟ and „Service ActivityNotice Fault Search‟, without accessing the folders.PAGE 113 OF 271
