IntroductionThis document is designed to support individual users of BroadbandandAdvanced Services Customer Reporting and is subject to change from time totime.This document gives Broadband and Advanced Services Service Providers (SPs)instructions on how to access the <strong>BBCR</strong> so that they can view the latest statusof any end user order (not including bulk IPstream to Datastream orders) ) orMultiple Migration Orders for WBC or fault that they have passed to <strong>BT</strong><strong>Wholesale</strong>. SPs can also view the <strong>Line</strong> Speed and Service details for any MAXIPstream and Datastream circuits. Additionally <strong>BBCR</strong> also allows SPs to searchto see whether any of their end user may be affected by a Service Activity Notice(SAN) . A separate guide is available for XML users of this tool. It is advisable toread this document in conjunction with product handbooks available frombtwholesale.comThe latest version of this user guide can be found in the „Support‟ folder on<strong>BBCR</strong> which is available via btwholesale.comThe version of this <strong>User</strong> <strong>Guide</strong> is maintained in the order of effective datesfor the Releases.Benefits and AssumptionsReports available for download as and when they are required or wanted.Information contained within reports can be up to 1hr behind real time for bothorders and faults.Able to check whether end users who are reporting faults could be affected by aService Activity.Able to check whether end users who are reporting faults could have beenaffected by a Service Activity.Able to check whether other end users are affected by that same Service Activity.Fault Jeopardy reports available showing breakdown of faults into time profile.Fault detail report available split by days.Enhanced Care report available showing breakdown by time profile.Delta reports available that allows a user to see only those orders or faults thathave had key activity in a certain specified timeframe.Ability to drill down on individual order or fault for status/progress.Favourites option available allowing users to navigate to reports that they usemost.Able to differentiate the user accesses on an individual basis to suit work area.Administrator level allows administrator to configure order and fault reports for allcompany users, so all see the same way and also request email reports in CSVformat.The line qualification systems have been upgraded so that customers are givenan estimate of the highest speed that a line can support. When the line isconnected the rate will be set at the highest speed that can be supported (withinsafe working margins) This is known as Rate Adaptive Technology. The MAXreports facilitate the use of Rate Adaptive Technology by providing informationPAGE 27 OF 271
