Broad Status
a. Environmental clearance accorded on
07/02/2007. MOEF clearance obtained
in 02/2007.
b. Boiler erection started on 30/09/2007.
Boiler drum lifting completed on
04.02.09. Hydraulic test completed in
03/10. BLU expected in 08/10.
c. TG erection started in 02/09. TG box
up completed on 27.02.10.
d. Order for DM Plant placed on M/s
Driplex.
e. AHP: Civil works in progress.
f. Chimney: Shell casting completed. Flue
can erection is in progress.
g. CT: civil works completed.
a) An approx. 1300 acre of land is under
legal possession. Approximately 1372
acres of land has been physically
acquired. Land filling and leveling is
under progress at site.
b) MOE&F clearance has been received
on 03/08/2004
c) Coal linkage is available. However
FSA is under negotiations with
CCL/CIL.
d) Cooling Tower.: Excavation and
concreting are in progress.
e) Chimney. RCC shell concreting of

Unit-1

finalized. Condenser parts supplied. TG
deck concreting stage-I completed.

10/2010.
b) TG raft completed. Columns up to 12.2
m completed. TG deck concreting state-
