Broad Status
1) Main plant package (BTG) awarded
on 17.11.09 on M/s DEC as vendor and
award of contracting agency on 12.11.09
on M/s HTC/HEC .
2) PPA Consent letter received from
CSPTCL on 07.10.09 for purchase of
35% as per implementation agreement.
3) FSA: For unit-3 – LOA issued by
SECL on 06.06.09. For Unit-4- SLC
(LT) meeting on 29.01.10 cleared and
notice received from SECL for payment
of commitment charges with in 30 days
received on 30.04.10.
4) Additional land acquisition is in
progress.
5) Sanction of Water requirement for U-
3 & U-4 received from Govt. of
Chhattisgarh.
6) MOEF clearance for unit-3 received
on 04.09.08 and for Unit-4 pending in
MOEF.
7) NOC for 275 m . Twin flue chimney
was obtained on 25.08.08 from AAI.
Unit-3:
Detailed engineering review is under
progress. Some BOPs awarded and
others are in process for awarding.
1)Main plant package (BTG) awarded
on 21.12.09 on M/s DEC .
2) State pollution control board clearance
yet to be received. Due to SPCB approval
, all the activities are pending.
