to sell power to Hydro Québec<br />
and preliminary discussions<br />
have begun.<br />
The projects presented on<br />
renewable resource development<br />
generated a great deal of discussion about feasibility in other<br />
communities and suggestions for further development of the existing<br />
projects presented.<br />
