A Bear’s Head for Hulk
Ben Watt found out from a Facebook friend that Hulk Hogan would be
signing his new book, My Life Outside the Ring, at a downtown drugstore
in Montreal. He presented Hulk with a special piece of jewellery—one
of Willie Watt’s popular ivory polar bear heads.
Hulk Hogan has been a positive influence in Ben’s life since childhood.
Ben said, “I am, and always will be, a Hulkamaniac. I trained, took
my vitamins, said my prayers and was true to myself. Not an easy feat
when a considerable
portion of the youth
were abusing solvents
in 1980s Port Harrison
(Inukjuak). Back then

Ben added, "I told Hulk, for a while I thought it was a shame that
my six-year-old boy doesn't see anyone out there that can do for him

Hulk Hogan, who began wrestling in 1979, will turn 57 on August

Skeleton of an Ice-Age Beluga
Visitors to Montreal may want to go and see the
beluga skeleton from around 10,700 years ago at
the Montréal Biodôme. It was placed on display
in the museum’s exhibit, A Fossil Affair, “a fun-filled
exhibition with interactive, hands-on features.” The
skeleton is a priceless paleontological treasure
discovered in 2001 in Saint–Félix-de-Valois. The
fossil is from a male beluga that was 4.5 m long
that died in its sixties, a relatively advanced age
for a beluga. Studying the skeleton shows that the
anatomy of Ice Age belugas was similar in every
way to that of today’s belugas.
