8 Condition Not withstanding the approved plans, scaled drawings showing the following
items shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
The work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
(i) The precise size, position and design of the proposed roof-lights.
(ii) The precise size, location and design the proposed dormer windows.
8 Reason To ensure that such details are in keeping with the Listed Building in
accordance with the principles of PPS5.
