The application proposes the demolition of the existing bungalow at 80 Peddars Way North

The site is within the countryside as depicted on the Local Plan Proposals Maps and within
the North Norfolk AONB.
The site is immediately surrounded by open countryside in agricultural use, but there is
residential and agricultural development along Peddars Way both to the north and south of
the site.
