PURPOSE OF REPORT
(1) To inform Members of the number of decisions issued between the production of the 4 July DCB agenda and 25 July agenda. 80
decisions issued, 70 decisions issued under delegated powers with 10 decided by the Development Control Board.
(2) To inform Members of those applications which have been determined under the officer delegation scheme since your last meeting. These
decisions are made in accordance with the Authority’s powers contained in the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and have no financial
implications.
(3) This report does not include the following applications – Prior Notifications, Discharge of Conditions, Pre Applications, County Matters,
TPO and Works to Trees in a Conservation Area
