un<strong>de</strong>liverable; forwarding un<strong>de</strong>liverable correspon<strong>de</strong>nce to a<br />

secondary <strong>de</strong>livery channel (e-mail, internet, facsimile, wireless<br />

communication, private or public telecommunication network, by<br />

post or courier) as requested by the mailer or recipient; collecting<br />

and organizing contact information and other information provi<strong>de</strong>d<br />

by the recipients to the organization; forwarding the organization’s<br />

pro<strong>du</strong>cts purchased or requested by the recipients to the<br />

recipients by post or by courier; fulfillment services, namely<br />

services that support an organization’s promotional campaigns<br />

namely providing one or more of the following services:<br />

warehousing an organization’s pro<strong>du</strong>cts; packing and shipping<br />

pro<strong>du</strong>cts by post or courier; inventory control; providing item<br />

wireless facsimile, post, or courier in response to a request by the<br />

recipients; mailroom services namely managing an organization’s<br />

mailroom operations namely providing one or more of the<br />

following services: analyzing internal and external customer<br />

mailroom requirements; <strong>de</strong>veloping a strategy to achieve the<br />

organization’s mailroom objectives; implementing the strategy by<br />

managing existing staff employed by the organization or by<br />

providing a skilled workforce; operating an organization’s<br />

mailroom (either insi<strong>de</strong> or outsi<strong>de</strong> the organization’s premises)<br />

namely providing one or more of the following services: receiving<br />

and sorting incoming mail based on relevance, priority or other<br />

criteria; receiving, verifying and prioritizing incoming courier<br />

<strong>de</strong>liveries and registered mail; preparing documents for client<br />

signature; receiving, examining outgoing mail and calcu<strong>la</strong>ting and<br />
