Sa saison en salle a prouvé qu’elle avait franchi un palier. après un début d’été difficile à cause de plusieurs pépins
physiques, Stella est revenue en forme au meilleur moment. Sacrée championne de france sur la ligne droite en
11’’17, son record personnel, la picarde est un des piliers du 4x100 m.
Her indoor season has demonstrated that she has attained a new level. After a difficult start this summer due to several
physical mishaps, Stella has returned to form at just the right time. Crowned French champion on the straight in 11”17,
her personal record, the sprinter from Picardy is one of the mainstays of the 4x100m relay.

à bientôt 33 ans, phara s’apprête à participer à ses premiers Jeux en individuel. d’abord coureuse de 400 m, la
nordiste s’est spécialisée sur 400 m haies depuis 2007. après deux saisons difficiles en 2014 et 2015, elle a repris
sa marche en avant cette année, en portant son record personnel à 55’’84. phara est aussi une excellente relayeuse
au sein du 4x400 m.
Soon to be 33, Phara is preparing to participate in her first individual Games. Initially a 400m runner, the native of the Nord
département has specialised in the 400m hurdles since 2007. After two difficult seasons in 2014 and 2015, she resumed
her progress this year, improving her personal best to 55.84s. Phara is also a very strong member of the 4x400m team.

c’est la saison de l’explosion au plus haut niveau pour mathilde ! après avoir manqué d’un rien la qualification pour
les championnats d’europe 2014 puis les mondiaux de pékin, la niçoise a franchi un énorme palier cet été en
s’emparant du record de france, grâce à un jet à 63,54 m. une performance qui lui a permis de participer à son
premier grand championnat senior lors des europe d’amsterdam, avant le début de l’aventure olympique.
This is the season where Mathilde has exploded onto the international scene at the highest level! After missing out on
qualification for the European Championships in 2014 and the World Championships in Beijing, the native of Niçe took a
huge step forward this summer by breaking the French record, thanks to a throw of 63.54m. A performance that allowed
her to participate in her first major senior championship during the Amsterdam European Championships, before the start
of the Olympic adventure.
