Pada tanggal 30 September <strong>2009</strong>, CR<br />

melakukan penyertaan saham masing-masing<br />

sebesar 47,5% pada Ridge Capital Enterprises<br />

Ltd. (BVI) (Ridge) dan Deaumont Investments<br />

Ltd. (BVI) (Deaumont) dengan setoran awal<br />

masing-masing sebesar US$2.375. Kedua<br />

perusahaan ini akan bertindak sebagai Entitas<br />

Bertujuan Khusus untuk pengembangan<br />

proyek kota mandiri seluas ±313 ha di kota<br />

Shenyang, Propinsi Liaoning, China. Pada<br />

tanggal 22 Desember <strong>2009</strong>, CR mengalihkan<br />

penyertaan sahamnya pada Ridge dan<br />

Deaumont ke Perusahaan.<br />

Pada tanggal 5 Januari 2010, modal dasar dan<br />

modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh Ridge<br />

dan Deaumont meningkat dari 5.000 lembar<br />

saham menjadi 10.000 lembar saham. Pada<br />

tanggal 6 Agustus 2010, modal dasar dan<br />

modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh Ridge<br />

dan Deaumont ditingkatkan masing-masing<br />

menjadi US$50.000. Perusahaan memiliki<br />

penyertaan langsung sebesar US$3.325 atau<br />

6,65% dan penyertaan tidak langsung sebesar<br />

US$13.300 atau 26,6% melalui Longfield<br />

Enterprises, persentase kepemilikan efektif<br />

pada Ridge dan Deaumont adalah sebesar<br />

33,25%.<br />

On September 30, <strong>2009</strong>, CR invested in shares<br />

representing 47.5% equity interest in each of<br />

Ridge Capital Enterprises Ltd., (BVI) (Ridge)<br />

and Deaumont Investments Ltd., (BVI)<br />

(Deaumont), with initial investment of US$2,375<br />

each. Both of these companies will perform as<br />

Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) to develop an<br />

Integrated New Township covering an area of<br />

±313 hectares of land located in Shenyang,<br />

Liaoning Province, China. On December 22,<br />

<strong>2009</strong>, CR transferred its shareholdings in Ridge<br />

and Deaumont to the Company.<br />

On January 5, 2010, the authorized and paid-in<br />

capital of Ridge and Deaumont were each<br />

increased from 5,000 shares to become 10,000<br />

shares. On August 6, 2010, the authorized and<br />

paid-in capital of Ridge and Deaumont were<br />

each increased to become US$50,000. The<br />

Company has direct investment of US$3,325 or<br />

6.65% and indirect investment of US$13,300 or<br />

26.6% through Longfield Enterprises, or an<br />

effective percentage of ownership in each of<br />

Ridge and Deaumont of 33.25%.<br />
