Pada tanggal 15 Juni 2010 Perseroan telah melaksanakan
stock split saham CTRA dari nominal Rp 500 menjadi
Rp 250, sehingga total saham yang beredar menjadi
15.165.815.994 lembar saham.
Kinerja keuangan Perseroan selama tahun 2010 juga
telah menunjukkan perbaikan secara signifikan. Total
pendapatan bersih yang berhasil dibukukan sebesar Rp
1.692 miliar atau naik 27% dibanding tahun sebelumnya
sebesar Rp 1.332 miliar. Kenaikan pendapatan bersih
sebesar Rp 360 miliar ini terutama karena mulai adanya
pengakuan pendapatan dari proyek-proyek di luar Jawa.
Adapun untuk laba kotor tercatat sebesar Rp 734 miliar
atau naik sebesar Rp 135 miliar atau 22,5% dibandingkan
tahun sebelumnya. Laba operasional tercatat sebesar
Rp 341 miliar atau naik sebesar Rp 58 miliar atau 20,4%
dibanding tahun sebelumnya. Kenaikan yang terjadi
pada biaya penjualan dan Biaya Umum Administrasi
masing-masing sebesar Rp 33 miliar dan Rp 44 miliar
dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya adalah seiring
dengan peningkatan aktivitas Perseroan, terutama
aktivitas pengembangan proyek-proyek baru. Laba
bersih Perseroan mencatat pertumbuhan 89% menjadi
sebesar Rp 257 miliar atau naik Rp 121 miliar dibanding di
tahun 2009 sebesar Rp 136 miliar. Kenaikan ini terutama
sebagai akibat dari peningkatan pendapatan dan
menurunnya kerugian kurs mata uang asing.
On 15 June 2010, the company executed a 2-for-1 stock
split, reducing the par value of shares from Rp 500 to Rp
250, and increasing the number of shares outstanding to
15,165,815,994.
The company’s financial performance has also shown a
significant improvement. Total net revenues for the year
were recorded at Rp 1,692 billion which was an increase
of 27% from its previous year figure of Rp 1,332 billion.
The Rp 360 billion increase in revenues were mainly
caused by the recognition of incomes from projects in
outer Java. Gross profit for the year was recorded at Rp
734 billion experienced an increase of 22.5% or Rp 135
billion from its previous year’s balance. Operating profit for
the year was recorded at Rp 341, this figure experienced
a 20.4% or a Rp 58 billion increase from its previous year’s
balance. Increases in selling expenses as well as general
and administrative expenses of Rp 33 billion and Rp 44
billion respectively are in line with the increasing activities
of the company, especially the development of new
projects. The company’s net profit experienced an 89%
or Rp 121 billion increase from its previous year balance
of Rp 136 billion to Rp 257 billion. This increase is mainly
due to the increase in net revenues and the decrease of
loss in foreign currency exchange.
Dalam rangka pengembangan usaha secara
jangka panjang, Perseroan juga memperhatikan
aspek pengembangan berkelanjutan (sustainable
development) dengan membentuk Sustainability
Department. Penyusunan konsep maupun implementasi
pengembangan berkelanjutan (sustainable development)
sudah mulai dirintis dan dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh
di setiap pengeloaan dan pengembangan proyek-proyek.
Perseroan juga ikut berperan secara aktif dalam kegiatan
Green Building Council Indonesia, sebagai salah satu
pendiri. Perseroan juga terus menggalakkan upayaupaya
untuk mengurangi konsumsi energi dan air serta
meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan sampah/limbah di
seluruh proyek.
To develop a sustainable business, the company has
formed a Sustainability Department. This department is
in charge of planning the concepts and implementation
of sustainable development which has been initiated
throughout all of our projects. The company actively
participates in Green Building Council Indonesia, as one
of the founding members. The company also consistently
strives to reduce its energy and water usage as well
as to improve the effectiveness of its projects’ waste
management.
