cc. Berdasarkan Perjanjian Kerjasama yang<br />

dinyatakan pada Akta Notaris Buntario Tigris<br />

Darmawa Ng, S.H., S.E., M.H., No. 15 tanggal<br />

3 September <strong>2009</strong>, PT <strong>Ciputra</strong> Inti Pratama<br />

(CIP), anak perusahaan CS, melakukan kerja<br />

sama dengan PT Sunindo Property Jaya (SPJ)<br />

untuk pengembangan tanah dan fasilitas<br />

lainnya di Semarang seluas kurang lebih 15ha<br />

milik SPJ menjadi kawasan perumahan.<br />

Pembagian keuntungan dari hasil penjualan<br />

disetujui berdasarkan persentase tertentu.<br />

Perjanjian ini berlaku sampai dengan seluruh<br />

kapling tanah dan bangunan dalam proyek<br />

habis terjual.<br />

dd. Berdasarkan Perjanjian Kerjasama yang<br />

dinyatakan pada Akta Notaris Buntario Tigris<br />

Darmawa Ng, S.H., S.E., M.H., No. 237<br />

tanggal 27 Oktober 2010, PT <strong>Ciputra</strong> Kirana<br />

Dewata (CKD), anak perusahaan CS,<br />

melakukan kerja sama dengan PT Karya<br />

Makmur (KM) untuk pengembangan tanah dan<br />

fasilitas lainnya di Denpasar, Bali seluas<br />

kurang lebih 181.284m2 milik KM menjadi<br />

kawasan perumahan dan waterpark.<br />

Pembagian hasil penjualan disetujui<br />

berdasarkan persentase tertentu atas harga<br />

jual kapling tanah dan bangunan. Perjanjian ini<br />

berlaku selama 10 tahun sejak fasilitas lainnya<br />

mulai beroperasi.<br />

ee. Berdasarkan Perjanjian Kerjasama Operasi<br />

yang dinyatakan pada Akta Notaris Buntario<br />

Tigris Darmawa Ng, S.H., S.E., M.H., No. 47<br />

tanggal 7 Oktober 2010, PT <strong>Ciputra</strong> Abdi<br />

Persada (CAP), anak perusahaan CS,<br />

melakukan kerja sama dengan PT Graha<br />

Pelita Indah (GPI) untuk pengembangan tanah<br />

dan fasilitas lainnya di Kendari seluas kurang<br />

lebih 15,1ha milik GPI menjadi kawasan<br />

perumahan. Pembagian hasil penjualan<br />

disetujui berdasarkan persentase tertentu atas<br />

harga jual kapling tanah dan bangunan.<br />

Perjanjian ini berlaku sampai dengan seluruh<br />

kapling tanah dan bangunan dalam proyek<br />

habis terjual.<br />

cc. Based on the Joint Operation Agreement<br />

which is notarized in the Deed No. 15 dated<br />

September 3, <strong>2009</strong>, of Buntario Tigris<br />

Darmawa Ng, S.H., S.E., M.H., PT <strong>Ciputra</strong> Inti<br />

Pratama (CIP), a subsidiary of CS, agreed to<br />

cooperate with PT Sunindo Property Jaya<br />

(SPJ) regarding the development of a<br />

residential area and other facilities on land<br />

located in Semarang with an area of<br />

approximately 15ha owned by SPJ. The profit<br />

sharing was agreed based on certain<br />

percentages. This agreement is valid until all<br />

of the land lots and buildings in this project are<br />

fully sold.<br />

dd. Based on the Joint Operation Agreement<br />

which is notarized in the Deed No. 237 dated<br />

October 27, 2010, of Buntario Tigris Darmawa<br />

Ng, S.H., S.E., M.H., PT <strong>Ciputra</strong> Kirana<br />

Dewata (CKD), a subsidiary of CS, agreed to<br />

cooperate with PT Karya Makmur (KM)<br />

regarding the development of a residential<br />

area and other facilities on a land property<br />

located in Denpasar, Bali with an area of<br />

approximately 181,284sqm and waterpark<br />

owned by KM. The revenue sharing was<br />

agreed based on certain percentages of the<br />

sales price of the land and building. This<br />

agreement is valid for 10 years from the date<br />

the other facilities are started.<br />

ee. Based on the Joint Operation Agreement<br />

which is notarized in the Deed No. 47 dated<br />

October 7, 2010, of Buntario Tigris Darmawa<br />

Ng, S.H., S.E., M.H., PT <strong>Ciputra</strong> Abdi Persada<br />

(CAP), a subsidiary of CS, agreed to<br />

cooperate with PT Graha Pelita Indah (GPI)<br />

regarding the development of a residential<br />

area and other facilities on land property<br />

located in Kendari with an area of<br />

approximately 15.1ha owned by GPI. The<br />

revenue sharing was agreed based on certain<br />

percentage of the sales price of the land and<br />

building. This agreement is valid until all of the<br />

land lots and buildings in this project are fully<br />

sold.<br />
