Aset tetap dan properti investasi (Catatan 9),<br />

kecuali tanah dan lapangan golf, telah<br />

diasuransikan terhadap risiko kebakaran,<br />

kebanjiran dan risiko lainnya berdasarkan suatu<br />

paket polis gabungan dengan keseluruhan jumlah<br />

pertanggungan sebesar Rp5.465.109.520.679 dan<br />

US$165.500 pada tahun 2010, dan<br />

Rp5.519.007.357.569 dan US$665.500 pada tahun<br />

<strong>2009</strong>. Manajemen Perusahaan dan Anak<br />

Perusahaan berpendapat bahwa nilai<br />

pertanggungan tersebut cukup untuk menutup<br />

kemungkinan kerugian atas risiko tersebut.<br />

Manajemen Perusahaan dan Anak Perusahaan<br />

berkeyakinan bahwa tidak ada penurunan nilai<br />

pada aset tetap per 31 Desember 2010 dan <strong>2009</strong>.<br />

Fixed assets and investment properties (Note 9),<br />

except land and golf course, are covered by<br />

insurance against fire, flood and other risks (allrisks)<br />

under blanket policies for<br />

Rp5,465,109,520,679 and US$165,500 in 2010,<br />

and Rp5,519,007,357,569 and US$665,500 in<br />

<strong>2009</strong>. The management of the Company and<br />

Subsidiaries are of the opinion that the above<br />

coverages are adequate to cover possible losses<br />

arising from such risks.<br />

The management of the Company and<br />

Subsidiaries believe that there is no impairment in<br />

the value of fixed assets as of December 31, 2010<br />

and <strong>2009</strong>.<br />
