Memiliki sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan<br />
dapat diandalkan menjadi salah satu perhatian utama<br />
perusahaan dalam upaya mewujudkan Visi dan Misi<br />
Perusahaan. Oleh karena itu perusahaan berusaha<br />
untuk menyediakan lingkungan kerja ideal, mendidik,<br />
mengevaluasi dan memberikan penghargaan kepada<br />
setiap karyawannya. Semua usaha ini dijabarkan sebagai<br />
berikut:<br />
Lingkungan Kerja<br />
Perusahaan selalu berusaha menciptakan dan<br />
mempertahankan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan<br />
kondusif melalui: penerapan budaya kerja yang kuat yaitu<br />
focus pada Integritas, Kerja sama, Inovasi, Pelayanan<br />
Unggul, Keteladanan Pimpinan dan penerapan Kode Tata<br />
Laku (CoC).<br />
Kode Tata Laku (Code of Conduct) merupakan<br />
seperangkat aturan kelola perusahaan yang menjelaskan<br />
nilai dan aturan bisnis standar yang dijalankan oleh<br />
Perusahaan dan menjadi acuan bagi setiap individu yang<br />
bergabung di dalamnya. Kode Tata Laku ini juga sebagai<br />
sarana untuk mencegah tindakan penyelewengan atau<br />
fraud oleh para karyawan (Anti Fraud System).<br />
Pengembangan Karyawan<br />
Untuk mendorong pengembangan karyawan, perusahaan<br />
melakukan berbagai usaha yang meliputi: pemberian<br />
coaching oleh Atasan, job rotation atau mutasi karyawan,<br />
dan pendirian <strong>Ciputra</strong> Training Center dimana para pekerja<br />
dapat mengikuti pelatihan soft skill atau technical skill<br />
sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam bidang pekerjaannya .<br />
Perusahaan senantiasa mendorong para karyawan untuk<br />
berpartisipasi dalam berbagai jenis pelatihan eksternal<br />
(public training) baik dalam negeri atau luar negeri (untuk<br />
para manager ke atas).<br />
Perusahaan membuat program rutin seperti Quality<br />
Improvement Program, Innovation Awards dan Managerial<br />
<strong>Development</strong> Program. Program tersebut merupakan<br />
program tahunan yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk<br />
menggali kreativitas, inovasi serta kualitas karyawan untuk<br />
menghasilkan terobosan dalam memperoleh kinerja yang<br />
unggul.<br />
To have Human Capital that is outstanding and reliable<br />
has been one of the focuses the company is working on<br />
in an effort to realize its mission to be the best firm in the<br />
property business. The company strives to provide an<br />
ideal working environment, nurture, evaluate and reward<br />
its employees appropriately in order to reach its goal. The<br />
details of those efforts are as follows:<br />
Working Environment<br />
The company makes every effort to maintain a working<br />
environment that is comfortable and promotes better<br />
work performance. This is done by implementing a Code<br />
of Conduct (CoC) and the values of: integrity, team work,<br />
innovation and leadership.<br />
The Code of Conduct is a set of rules outlining principles<br />
and corporate governance implemented by management<br />
that is used as a behavioral guide for employees.<br />
Incorporated in the Code of Conduct are corporate values<br />
regarding unlawful acts such as fraud, thus it is also used<br />
as a control to aid in minimizing such behaviors.<br />
Employee <strong>Development</strong><br />
To nurture its employees, the company encourages<br />
coaching by senior employees, job rotation and<br />
established <strong>Ciputra</strong> Training Center, which provides<br />
in-house trainings on both technical and non-technical<br />
skills. In addition to the internal training, the company also<br />
provides the opportunity for its employees to participate in<br />
public training workshops and seminars held locally and<br />
internationally (for employees in managerial and higher<br />
positions).<br />
As well as training programs, the company provides its<br />
employees with programs such as: Quality Improvement<br />
Program (QIP), Innovation Awards and Managerial<br />
<strong>Development</strong> Program annually. These programs are<br />
designed to polish employees’ creativity and innovation<br />
so as to encourage them to grow and develop superior<br />
performance.<br />
