ANNUAL REPORT<br />

Selain peningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan<br />

karyawan, Perusahaan juga memberi perhatian terhadap<br />

pembentukan karakter, pembinaan rasa kebersamaan<br />

antar karyawan dan peningkatan semangat kerja dalam<br />

organisasi. Employee gathering, outing, penghargaan atas<br />

prestasi kerja, penghargaan atas lamanya waktu kerja dan<br />

kegiatan sejenis lainnya dilakukan<br />

Penilaian Karyawan<br />

Selain berfokus pada pengembangan dan kesejahteraan<br />

karyawan, perusahaan juga mengembangkan sistem<br />

penilaian karyawan yang dapat mengukur kinerja<br />

karyawan secara menyeluruh. Penilaian karyawan<br />

dilakukan berdasarkan kompetensi dan Key Performance<br />

Indicator (KPI). Penilaian ini dilakukan per tahun<br />

dan akan berpengaruh terhadap promosi karyawan,<br />

selain itu penilaian ini dapat memberikan masukan<br />

tentang kekurangan kompetensi karyawan yang perlu<br />

ditingkatkan.<br />

Kesejahteraan Karyawan<br />

Perusahaan menyadari bahwa tingkat kesejahteraan akan<br />

berdampak langsung terhadap kualitas dan semangat<br />

kerja karyawan. Peningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan<br />

juga menjadi agenda yang terus mendapat perhatian<br />

dari Perusahaan, antara lain melalui pemberian paket<br />

kompensasi dan tunjangan yang kompetitif. Selain<br />

itu, karyawan dengan masa kerja tertentu juga berhak<br />

mendapatkan fasilitas berupa potongan harga untuk<br />

pembelian rumah di proyek-proyek yang dikembangkan<br />

perusahaan.<br />

Komposisi Karyawan<br />

Seiring dengan perkembangan bisnis yang ditandai<br />

dengan bertambahnya jumlah proyek yang dikembangkan<br />

dan dikelola, pada akhir tahun 2010, Perusahaan dan<br />

anak perusahaan mempekerjakan 2.122 karyawan. Grafik<br />

di samping menunjukkan komposisi dan jumlah karyawan<br />

Perusahaan.<br />

Besides competencies and relevant skills, the company<br />

also pays attention to its employees’ characters and<br />

interpersonal skills. To promote character building, sense of<br />

togetherness and a high spirited working environment, the<br />

company routinely holds events such as trips, employee<br />

gatherings, and gives out awards for achievements such<br />

as: superior performance and service duration.<br />

Performance Evaluation<br />

To achieve comprehensive superior performance, the<br />

company believes that evaluation as well as training is<br />

needed. For this purpose, PT <strong>Ciputra</strong> <strong>Development</strong> Tbk<br />

uses the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and other<br />

competence based evaluation techniques to regulate<br />

and assess the performance of each employee. This<br />

evaluation is also used to detect employees’ weaknesses<br />

so that they could work on those weaknesses and<br />

improve their performance. This process is conducted<br />

annually and affects employees’ promotions.<br />

Employee Welfare<br />

The Company believes that its employees’ welfare directly<br />

affects their will to work and ultimately their performance.<br />

Therefore, the company strives in providing their employees<br />

with the best compensation packages. Employees are<br />

offered competitive compensations teamed with health<br />

insurance, pension program and special discount facility<br />

on the purchase of its products after a certain length of<br />

service.<br />

Employee Composition<br />

The year 2010 has been a year of significant growth for<br />

PT <strong>Ciputra</strong> <strong>Development</strong> Tbk. To support this substantial<br />

growth, the company and its subsidiaries employ 2,122<br />

workers. Graphs on the side show the annual comparison<br />

of the composition of the company’s employees.<br />
