RC 4830 televizyon kumandası, genel anlamda düz bir form
çizgisine sahip tasarımı ve üst yüzeyindeki düz tuşsuz yapısı
ile sadelik ve incelik trendini vurguluyor. Kumanda üzerinde
yer alan ikon ve tuşların yerleşimi firma Ar-Ge ve tasarım
araştırmacılarının ortak yürüttüğü bir kullanılabilirlik projesi
sonucunda ortaya çıktı. Kullanıcı, grafiksel olarak serigrafi
yöntemiyle oluşturulan bu düz tuşlara bastığında da his
olarak gerekli geri bildirimi alıyor. Sık kullanılan menü yön
tuşları, ses ve kanal +/- tuşları, kullanıcı için bir referans
oluşturmak üzere ayrı parçalar şeklinde tasarlandı. Arka
kapakta uygulanmış olan yumuşak doku boyası kumandayı
kavramada rahatlık sağlıyor. Sadelik fikrini vurgulamak
üzere ilk planda kumanda beyaz olarak öngörüldü.
Kumandanın tasarımı üst levha yüzeyinin montajındaki
kolaylık itibariyle farklı renkler uygulanabilecek, bu şekilde
kişiselleştirme olanağı da sağlayabilecek yapısıyla öne
çıkıyor.

The RC 4830 is a TV remote control which reflects the
simplicity and slimness of current trends with its smooth
lines and button- free upper surface. The icon-button
orientation resulted from the feedback of an R&D project
to investigate usability, conducted by industrial designers
and researchers at the company. When used, the flat button
areas are denoted by graphics created using the serigraphy
method, give the user the required feedback. The mostfrequently
used buttons, such as those for menu navigation
and volume and channel +/-, have been designed as solid
blocks to enable the user to reference button groups. The
soft-touch paint application on the back cover provides
comfort in holding this remote control. At the initial stage,
the RC 4830 Plano remote control has been produced in
white to emphasise the concept of its simplicity. The design
of the remote control makes the top cover sheet easy to
assemble, thus making it possible to apply different colours
and facilitate customisation.
