PACKAGING
Suyunu Bursa Suuçtu Şelalesi’nin kaynağından alan yeni bir
su markası olan Gümüş için hazırlanan pet şişe tasarımları,
kurumsal kimlikte de yer alan, su damlasının su yüzeyinde
oluşturduğu halkalanma fikri üzerine kuruldu. Merkezi
etiket hizasında bulunan halkalar, şişe boyutuna bağlı olarak
yüzeyde genişleyerek yayılıyorlar. Hacimleri ve yükseklikleri
farklı olan her bir şişede halkaların aralıkları da buna uygun
olarak değişerek, her boydaki şişenin kendine ait formunu
oluşturuyorlar. Örneğin şişe boyu kısaldıkça dalga araları
sıklaşıp belirginleşirken, şişe boyu uzadıkça dalga araları
giderek açılıyor ve hafifliyor. Halkaların oluşturduğu girinti ve
çıkıntılar, pet şişelerde şişelerin dayanıklılığını arttırıyorlar.
Şişelerde bu dalgalanmayla örtüşen ergonomik kavisli yapı,
tüketicinin kullanımını kolaylaştırıyor.
Jüri Değerlendirmesi
Farklılık ve yenilikçilik, kullanıcıya sağladığı fayda, estetik,
sağlık ve güvenlik, sürdürülebilirlik: Şekil ve içeriğinin ilişikisi
açısından oldukça güçlü; Türkiye piyasası için farklı grafik ve
renk seçimiyle ayırt edilebilir olması; rijit bir tasarım; su billur
berraklığında görünüyor; şekil farkındalık yaratıyor (güçlü
ürün ailesi).
Gümüs is a new brand of natural spring water whose source
is the Suuctu waterfall in Bursa, located in the northwest
of Turkey. The design of the plastic bottles was inspired by
the idea of ripples that water drops create on the surface of
water, which is also a part of the identity of the brand. The
ripples are in alignment with the central label and spread out
onto the surface of the bottle in keeping with the size of the
bottle. The space between ripples is adjusted according to
the volume and the height of the bottle size, thus creating a
characteristic pattern of ripples for each size. For example,
while the intervals between ripples become closer and
sharper on the shorter bottles, they gradually appear wider
and smoother on taller ones. The undulating ripple forms act
to reinforce the plastic and increase the bottle’s durability.
The coherent design of the ergonomic curved structure of
the bottles and the ripple forms make the bottle easy to use.
Jury Evaluation
Distinctiveness and innovation, benefits for the user, aesthetics,
health and safety, sustainability: a highly strong product
in terms of the relation of its shape to its content; a different
choice of graphics and colour making it a distinguishable
product within the Turkish market; a rigid design; the water
is made to appear crystal clear, the shape creates identity
(strong product range).
