İYİ Tasarım
Ar-Ge ve Ür-Ge çalışmaları sonucunda geliştirilen taşınabilir,
sökülebilir ve yeniden monte edilebilir bu modüler yaşam
ünitesi, estetik, konforlu, modern ve güvenilir bir ürün
olarak öne çıkıyor. Bu yeni nesil yaşam alanları, hafif
çelik konstrüksiyondan oluşan taşıyıcı sistemlere sahip
olup, duvar, çatı ve tabanlarında uygulanan ısı ve ses
izolasyonları sayesinde kullanıcılara yüksek yalıtım avantajı
sunuyor. Modüler yaşam üniteleri, sunduğu yalıtım avantajı
ve yüksek yangın dayanımı sayesinde, farklı coğrafya
ve iklim koşullarında yurt, otel ve konut amaçlı olarak
kullanılabilmektedir. Modüler yaşam ünitelerinin modülleri
kamyon ya da tır ile taşınabilecek şekilde iki farklı ebatta
(3 m x 7,7 m ve 3 m x 10,3 m) üretiliyor. Toplam 6 tip ünite
olarak tasarlanan ürünün 23,1 m2’lik en küçük modülü 3 m
x 7,7 m ebatlarında olup, 1 kamyon ile taşınabilirken, 61,8
m2’lik en büyük modülü ise 3 m x 10,3 m ebatlarında olup,
2 modül olarak 2 tır ile taşınabilmektedir. Yaşam ünitesinin,
kamyon veya tırdan indirildikten sonra zemine konulup,
sadece pis su ve temiz su bağlantılarının yapılması yeterli
oluyor.

Developed through R&D and P&D studies, this modular living
unit can be dismantled and reassembled. It opens the door
to a life that is comfortable and safe, modern and aesthetic.
These new-generation living spaces have carrier systems
that consist of lightweight steel construction, and offer the
users advantages of high insulation on the walls, roofs and
floors due to the application of heat and sound insulation.
The Modular Living Unit may be used in various regions
and climatic conditions as a dormitory, a hotel or as a home
owing to the advantages of insulation and high fire resistance
they offer. The modules are manufactured in two sizes
(3x7.7m and 3x10.3m) allowing them to be transported by
lorry or truck. The product has been designed with a total of
six different types of units. The smallest module, measuring
23.1 m² (3x7.7 m) can be transported by a single lorry, while
the largest unit of 61.8 m² consisting of 2 modules (3x10.3
m each) can be transported using two trucks. The module is
ready for use once in position on the ground and plumbing is
installed.
