Arcode, asansör sistemlerinde hareket ve gücün
kontrollerini sağlayan bir birimdir. Binalardaki trafiği
kolaylaştıran asansör sistemlerinde beyin niteliği oluşturan
invertörler, hassas bir görev alıyorlar. Güvenlik açısından
oldukça kritik görev üstlenen bu cihazlar, birçok analiz ve
yazılım sürecinden geçerek geliştiriliyor. Sistem içerisinde
bulunan birkaç önemli kontrol ünitesinin tek bir cihazda
birleştirilerek, süregelen karmaşık yapıyı sadeleştirmesi
Arcode’un en önemli özelliği olarak öne çıkıyor. Bugüne
kadar genellikle saç büküm kabin şeklinde üretilen birçok
ürüne karşın, Arcode’un mühendislik ile uzlaşmış bu
tasarım dili, ürün ailesinin karakterini oluşturuyor ve kendi
sektörüne ürün geliştirme vizyonu sunuyor. Bugüne kadar
basit kontrol kutuları veya tuş takımları ile cihaz üzerinde
yapılan hareket ayarlarının, uzaktan kontrol ve takip için
geliştirilen el terminali ile çok daha pratik ve hassas bir
şekilde gerçekleşmesi de ürünün önemli bir özelliği. TFT
ekranı ile yapılan ayarların simülasyonları gerçekleşirken,
sistemin çalışma aşaması ile senkronize edilebiliyor.

ARCODE is a unit which controls the power and motion in
lift systems. These units perform the delicate task in the
control inverters, which are the brains of the lift system
that facilitates the easy flow of movement within buildings.
They are critically important for reasons of safety, and so
they undergo a rigorous process of analysis and software
development. The most significant feature of Arcode is that
it combines a number of important control units into one
unit within the system and simplifies an otherwise complex
structure. Although previously many products were generally
produced using sheet metal box techniques, Arcode’s
engineering skills have altered the character of design,
creating an innovative product range and offering a new
vision in product design in their industry. Before this design,
simple control units and keypads to control settings were
in use. A significant feature of the product is the handheld
terminal developed for remote control use and monitoring,
which is more practical and allows more precision. While
simulations of adjustments are done by using the TFT
screen, they can be synchronised with the working process of
the system.
