Akın Kazakçı, Galatasaray Üniversitesi, Endüstri
Mühendisliği Bölümü’nden mezun olduktan sonra, Fransız
Hükümeti’nden Bourse d’Excellence alarak yüksek
öğrenimini tamamlamak üzere Fransa’da Paris Dauphine
Üniversitesi’ne girdi. Yüksek lisans ve doktorasını Yapay
Zekanın Tasarıma Uygulanması konusunda tamamladıktan
sonra, Mines ParisTech’te Tasarım Teorisi Kürsüsü’ne
araştırmacı olarak katıldı. Halen bu kurumda yardımcı
doçent olarak hizmet veriyor. Araştırma ilgi alanları
içerisinde tasarım teorisi, kavramsal tasarım ve tasarım
stratejisi bulunuyor.
After graduating from the Department of Industrial
Engineering at Galatasaray University, Akın Kazakçı, was
awarded Bourse d’Excellence by The French Government,
and went to Dauphine University in Paris to further his
education. After getting his master’s degree and PhD in the
Implemention of Artificial Intelligence on Design here, he
attended the Design Theory Platform at Mines Paris Tech as
a researcher. He is still working for this organization as an
assistant professor. His fields of interest are design theory,
conceptual design and design strategy.
