these videos using the theories we have presented in the thesis as to investigate how
the teenage girl´s voices are connected with their bodies and their minds. During this
process characteristics were detected that describe teenage girls.
We have come to the conclusion that there is a connection between the body, the
mind and the voice and we have found that a teenage girl’s voice can be interpreted
as a psychosomatic manifestation of her condition. Furthermore we have discovered
that the physiological and psychological changes during puberty releases opportunity
to build a new instrument. It is therefore important to create awareness about the
body, mind, voice-connection, especially when it concerns the teaching of singing to
teenage girls.
