6. Be it further enacted* That, authenticated copies of Authenticated co-<br />

ritory, shall be admitted to record in the Circuit Court<br />
of this Territory, and have the same force and effect as if<br />

ed by the pre-existing laws in married females in regard<br />
to their power of bequeathing their separate prop-<br />

Providing for-the adoption of the Common Law, and certain Statutes »<br />
of Great-Britain, and for repealing the Laws and ordinances now<br />
in force.<br />
1. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Couneii<br />
of the Territory of Florida* That, the common law<br />
