and bis successors for the use of the Territory with condition<br />
that there is no lawful cause to obstruct the marriage<br />
for which the licence is required, and every clerk<br />
failing herein shall forfeit one hundred dollars—if either<br />
of the parties intending to marry be under age, the licence<br />
shall not be issued without the consent of the parent<br />
or guardian made verbally lo the clerk or proof of such<br />
consent by the oath of one credible witness—and thereupon<br />
the clerk shall issue said licence and certify that<br />
the bond is given, and if either of the parties be under<br />
age, he shall also certify the consent of the parent or<br />
guardian, which shall be a lawful licence to any minister<br />
or justice of the peace authorized as aforesaid to solemnize<br />
matrimony.<br />
7. Be it further enacted, That if any person shall marry<br />
within the Levitical degrees, he shall be subject to a<br />
fine of one thousand dollars, one half to the informer the<br />
other half to the Territory, and the said marriage shall<br />
be annulled and set aside by any court of record in this<br />
Territory, and the court may require the parties to give<br />
bond and security that they will not in future cohabit<br />
with each other, and commit them in case of non-compliance,<br />
provided that nothing herein contained shall be<br />
construed to render illegitimate the issue of the marriage<br />
thus annulled.<br />

Concerning Limitation of Actions. v<br />
1. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Council<br />
of the Territory of Florida, That, all writs of formedon<br />
in decender, remainder or revertor, of any lands,<br />
tenements or hereditaments whatsoever, hereafter to be<br />
brought upon any title or cause heretofore accrued, or<br />
which may hereafter fall or accrue, shall be sued out<br />
within twenty years next after such title or cause of action<br />
accrued, and not afterwards; and that no person or<br />
persons, who now hath or have, or hereafter may have,<br />
any ri?ht or title of entry, into any lands, tenements, or<br />
hereditaments, shall make any entry but within twenty
