until the fine is paid.
3. Be it further enacted, That, all contracts for gaming
or money lost or won upon any games whatsoever are
hereby declared null and void.

AN^ACT
Requiring" an additional Term of the Superior Court in West Florida.
1. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Council
of the Territory of Florida, That, the judge of the superior
court of West Florida, shall hold a term on the
third Monday in November next in addition to his regular
terms, for the present year, at Pensacola.

supplementary to an Act, entitled "an Act to regulate the Counties
and establish Inferior Courts in the Territory of Florida.
1. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Coit?i-
cil of the Territory of Florida, That, the sessions of the
circuit court directed by the act to which this is a supplement,
to be held in the county of Duval on the first
Mondays of March and November, be, and the same are
hereby directed to be held on the third Mondays of December
and August, any thing in said act to which thi?
is a supplement to the contrary notwithstanding.
