Requiring" an additional Term of the Superior Court in West Florida.<br />
1. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Council<br />
of the Territory of Florida, That, the judge of the superior<br />
court of West Florida, shall hold a term on the<br />
third Monday in November next in addition to his regular<br />
terms, for the present year, at Pensacola.<br />

supplementary to an Act, entitled "an Act to regulate the Counties<br />
and establish Inferior Courts in the Territory of Florida.<br />
1. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Coit?i-<br />
cil of the Territory of Florida, That, the sessions of the<br />
circuit court directed by the act to which this is a supplement,<br />
to be held in the county of Duval on the first<br />
Mondays of March and November, be, and the same are<br />
hereby directed to be held on the third Mondays of December<br />
and August, any thing in said act to which thi?<br />
is a supplement to the contrary notwithstanding.<br />
