ceive for their services the same fees as above, provided<br />

for similar services, arising under the laws of the<br />

Territory, and in addition thereto, for their fees in other<br />

cases as follows.<br />

For a copy of a warrant for escheat, one dollar.<br />

For inquisition, one dollar.<br />

For probate of any testament, recording the same, ors<br />

for appraising the estate, issuing letters testamen-<br />

tary, or letters of administration and all other matters required<br />

by law concerning an estate where the value is under<br />

three hundred dollars, three dollars and fifty cents.<br />

Where it is over that sum, for said services all taken<br />

together, six dollars.<br />

For marriage licence and taking bond, two dollars.<br />

For recording certificate of marriage, twenty five<br />

cents.<br />

Fur recording certificate of estrays, twenty five cents.<br />

For copy thereof, twenty five cents.<br />

For order to bind an apprentice, fifty cents.<br />

For wriiqig indenture, one dollar.<br />

For recording same, fifty cents.<br />

For riling an appeal from u justice of the peace, twenty-<br />

five cents.<br />

For administering oath to guardians, fifty cents.<br />

For cony thereof, twenty five cents.<br />

For swearing grand jury, veniremen and all public ex-<br />

officio services for the territory, a sum not exceeding fif-<br />

ty dollars, to he paid by order of the court out of the<br />

treasury annually.<br />

For issuing ail other writs not herein mentioned, the<br />

same fees as for similar services.<br />

The keepers of the public archives-*hall receive for<br />

their services the following fees. ^<br />

For every copy of a deed, mortgage, or bill of sale, one<br />

dollar and fifty cents.<br />

For each copy of a will, three dollars. *<br />

For every search made in his office, twenty five cents<br />

for the search of every years documents so required to be<br />

searched. # .<br />

For copies of all other documents in his office,* twenty<br />

cents for every hundred wonts.<br />

And for each official certificate of office, one dollar and<br />

fifty cents.<br />

The sheriffs shall receive for their services the following<br />

fees.<br />

For levying an attachment on the estate of any absconding<br />

debtor, one dollar.<br />

For summoning garnishee, fifty cents. .<br />
