50. Be it further enacted, That, if any person or peisons<br />
shall oe aggrieved with any definitive judgment, or<br />
sentence of the circuit court, with respect to any matter<br />
relating to the administration of any estate, or the guardianship<br />
of any persons estate or body, it shall be lawful<br />
for them or him to appeal from the same to the superior<br />
court ; which appeal upon security given, as in other ca-<br />
ses, shall be granted accordingly. And such appeal shall<br />
be a supersedeas to all further proceedings in the court<br />
below, until the same is determined.<br />
51. Be it further enacted, That, when any person shall<br />
die intestate, and there be no relations in the country, the<br />
clerk or court shall appoint a curator to take charge of<br />
the intestates estate, untilletters are granted to an administrator,<br />
and if the said court do not appoint a curator<br />
the sheriff shall ex-officio, t^fce,. possession , of the goods,<br />
chattels and live stock and be accountable for the same,<br />
to the administrator at the end of twenty davs, and shall<br />
make an inventory of the said property, ,and return the<br />
same to the clerk or circuit court.<br />

AN ACT<br />
Concerning improvements made on public lands.<br />
1* Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Council<br />
of the Territory of Florida, That, all persons making<br />
improvements on the public lands within this Territory,<br />
so long as they continue to possess or occupy the same,<br />
shall enjoy the free and undisturbed use of such improvements.<br />
Provided, that, n© such occupant shall exercise<br />
any exclusive right and privilege over any part of said<br />
lands not embraced within the limits of his cr her enclo-<br />
sure.<br />
2. Be it further enacted, That, the right and interest<br />
in said improvements, shall be transferable under the<br />
rules and regulations prescribed for the $ale or transfer<br />
of real estate within this Territory, and tliatsaid improvements<br />
shall be liable to execution and sale for the payment<br />
of the debts of the owner or owners thereof. Provided<br />
that no part or parts of this act, shall be so construed,<br />
as to vest in the purchaser or purchasers of said improvements,<br />
any legal right to the soil on which the said improvements<br />
are made, or o effect any dispositions which
