2. Be itfurther enacted, That, the Governor be, and he<br />
is hereby authorized to cause to be audited the accounts<br />
for house rent, stationary and other contingent expenses,<br />
incurred, for the use of the said council.<br />

Supplementary to an act entitled "an act to incorporate the City Of<br />
Pensacola and improve the public roads in the neighborhood<br />
thereof.<br />
Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Coun- Any four merabew<br />
cil of the Territory of Florida, That, during the continu- a quorum,<br />
ance of the disease now prevailing in the city aforesaid,<br />
any four members of the corporation of said city, shall<br />
constitute a quorum to do business, whose acts shall be<br />
valid, and binding in law, so far as they relate to the business<br />
of the sard corporation-.<br />
