3 In the Subproject Location field, browse to the subproject to add, or
enter the path and name for the subproject, for example,
Libra_Project/applications.pj, and click Next.
Click Finish to add the subproject without specifying a type. The
subproject is added as the default type. For information on the default
type, see your administrator.
The Specify Type of Subproject to Add panel appears.
4 Select one of the following options for the type of subproject you want
to add:
Normal adds a subproject based upon the current state of the
subproject.
Variant adds a subproject based upon a specific revision of the
master project and is used for branching off the main
development path.
NOTE
From the Development Path Name list, select a development path
name, for example, Libra_Beta_Variant.
The Variant option is unavailable if there are no available development paths.
To create a development path, see “Creating a Development Path” on page 147.
