Installing the Integrity Client

The Intgrity Client contains the Source Integrity graphical user interface.
IMPORTANT
If you are using integrations with Source Integrity, disable all integrations
before you install the new client.
Before installing the Integrity Client, you must have removed any earlier MKS
or Vertical Sky Client (including Source Integrity, Change Integrity, Vertical
Sky Software Manager, or Vertical Sky Collaboration Manager). Failure to do
so may cause operational problems later on.
To install the integrity client from the CD
The Integrity Solution supports Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers.
Specifically, Integrity Manager and Source Integrity Web interfaces require
Internet Explorer 5.5/6.0 (all service packs), or Netscape 6.2.3/7.1.
1 Insert the Integrity Client CD from your package into the CD-ROM
drive.
The Integrity Client CD browser starts automatically and allows you
to select from the following options:
RELEASE NOTES allows you to view the release notes for the
Integrity Client components.
DOCUMENTATION allows you to view the product documentation
in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
INSTALL allows you to install the Integrity Client.
2 To start the installation process, do one of the following:
From the Integrity Client CD browser, click INSTALL.
A page is displayed allowing you to start the installation program
for your particular platform.
For Windows, click the link.
For UNIX, follow the written instructions.
