Managing Revision Locks<br />

Member Name displays the member name for the locked revision.<br />

Revision displays the locked revision number.<br />

Time displays the time the revision was locked<br />

You can also display other columns such as Archive Name, Host, <strong>User</strong>,<br />

C.P. ID, Sandbox, Development Path. For more information, see “View<br />

Preferences” on page 61.<br />

You can perform the following tasks:<br />

To delete a lock or locks, select a list item, then select Locks ><br />

Unlock.<br />

The revision is unlocked.<br />

To refresh the list of locked revisions, select View > Refresh.<br />

The list is updated.<br />

To change the user (GUI only) whose locks are displayed, select<br />

Locks > Change <strong>User</strong>.<br />

The Retrieve All Locks for a <strong>User</strong> dialog box is displayed.<br />

From the Locker list, select the name of the user whose locks you<br />

want to view, then click OK.<br />

The user’s locks are displayed in the Locks for <strong>User</strong> window.<br />

NOTE<br />

You may only view other users’ locks on revisions in archives that are in<br />

projects you have permission to view. You can always view your locks for any<br />

project regardless of project permissions.<br />

From the Locks for <strong>User</strong> window, you cannot remove another user’s lock on a<br />

member that was locked from a shared subproject.<br />

Finding Locks<br />

Source Integrity can display all of the locks for a specified user.<br />

To find locks in the graphical user interface<br />

1 Select Tools > Find > Locks.<br />

The Retrieve All Locks for a <strong>User</strong> dialog box is displayed.<br />
