Managing Change Packages<br />

View the Member History associated with the entry (see “Viewing<br />

a Member History” on page 310).<br />

Submit selected deferred entries (see “Submitting Deferred<br />

Operations” on page 202).<br />

Edit Settings for the selected deferred entries (see “Submitting<br />

Deferred Operations” on page 202).<br />

Discard discards the selected entries (see “Discarding CP Entries”<br />

on page 254).<br />

Move moves the selected entries to another change package (see<br />

“Moving CP Entries” on page 252).<br />

Edit Working File that is associated with a entry (see “Viewing a<br />

Member’s Working File or Revision” on page 322).<br />

Check In the selected lock entries (.see “Checking In a Member”<br />

on page 186).<br />

To update the list of change package entries with the most recent<br />

changes, select View > Refresh.<br />

To display or not display un<strong>com</strong>mitted entries (deferred entries and<br />

lock entries), select View > Show Un<strong>com</strong>mitted. Repeat to enable or<br />

disable the option.<br />

To display or not display entries that are pending, select View ><br />

Show Pending. Repeat to enable or disable the option.<br />

To display or not display <strong>com</strong>mitted entries, select View > Show<br />

Committed. Repeat to enable or disable the option.<br />

To view change package information and entries in the Web interface<br />

1 Do one of the following:<br />

With a Project view open, select the member whose change<br />

package you want to view.<br />

With a Member History view open, select the member revision<br />

whose change package you want to view.<br />

2 Select Change Package > View Change Package.<br />

TIP<br />

Click the change package ID to view the change package.<br />

The Change Package view is displayed.<br />
