4 To set the maximum amount of memory reserved for the Integrity
client at runtime, under Miscellaneous in the Maximum heap size field,
enter a value in megabytes (MB), or use the up and down arrows to
select a value. The minimum value is 5, and the maximum value is
dependent on your available system memory. The default value is 48.
CAUTION
Changing the heap size setting may unfavorably affect the performance of the
Integrity Client and your system. Consult your administrator before making
changes.
For the heap size change to take effect, restart the Integrity client.
Setting Desktop Preferences
You can set desktop preferences specifically for Source Integrity.
To set desktop preferences for Source Integrity in the graphical user
interface
1 From the Preferences Configuration dialog box (see “Setting
Preferences” on page 40), in the tree pane, click Source Integrity >
Desktop.
The Desktop pane is displayed.
2 To restore all active windows when you restart Source Integrity,
under Miscellaneous, select the Restore Desktop option.
IMPORTANT
You must restart the Source Integrity graphical user interface to activate the
Restore Desktop option.
