Graphical History View (GUI)
A check mark next to Show Labels indicates that the Graphical History
view is displaying labels. If a check mark does not appear next to Show
Labels, then the labels are already hidden.
To display the labels, select View > Show Labels. The labels reappear in the
Graphical History view.
To hide the legend in the Graphical History view
With a Member History or Project History view open, select View > Show
Legend. The legend disappears from the Graphical History view.
A check mark next to Show Legend indicates that the Graphical History
view is displaying the legend. If a check mark does not appear next to
Show Legend, then the legend is already hidden.
To display the legend, select View > Show Legend. The legend reappears in
the Graphical History view.
To adjust the zoom in the Graphical History view
With a Member History or Project History view open, from the View menu,
select one of the following:
Zoom 100%
Zoom 75%
Zoom 50%
Zoom to Fit
A bullet next to the zoom indicates the current zoom setting.
To show metadata in the Graphical History view
With a Member History or Project History view open, select View > Show
Metadata.
A box containing truncated metadata appears beside each revision. Point
to the box to display a tooltip that contains the full metadata for the
revision.
Changing Views (GUI)
The Graphical History view is the default view in the Member History and
Project History views. If you prefer to view information in these views in
tabular form, you can toggle to the List view.
If you prefer to always view a Member History or Project History in the
List view first, you can change the default view setting in Preferences.
