Controlling Members<br />

As part of the Change Package review process, if the member has a pending<br />

operation against it or one of its revisions, the information appears in a note,<br />

for example, This member has a pending update to member<br />

revision 1.2 by devans.<br />

Member Revision is the displayed member revision. To select<br />

another member revision, choose a revision from the Member<br />

Revision list.<br />

Created By is the name of the user who created the revision and<br />

the date and time it was created.<br />

Locked By is the name of the user who locked the revision, and<br />

the date and time it was locked.<br />

Locked In is the sandbox location and host name of the <strong>com</strong>puter<br />

where the lock on the revision was made.<br />

State is the state assigned to the revision. To change the state of<br />

the revision, choose a state from the State list. For more<br />

information on states, see “Promoting Members” on page 299.<br />

Revision Description is a brief description of the revision. You<br />

cannot change an existing revision description from this dialog<br />

box, but you can append additional <strong>com</strong>ments to it. To do so,<br />

enter any supplemental information in the Revision Description<br />

field below the present information (indicated by a line if an<br />

existing description is present).<br />

user interface” on page 292. For information on the Change Package<br />

4 When you are finished viewing or editing the member information,<br />

click OK to accept the changes.<br />

The member information is saved.<br />
