7 To add members recursively to the project, select Recurse Into
Directories.
8 To create subprojects, select Create Subproject.
9 To complete the operation, click Finish. To make changes, click Back.
The Create Archive dialog box is displayed.
10 Modify the following Create Archive options as necessary:
In the Archive Description field, describe the purpose of the
member archive.
The archive description contains text that describes the purpose of
an archive. Each time you create an archive, you can assign a
description to it.
To add the operation to a change package, from the Change
Package list select a change package. To create a change package,
click Create. For more information, see “Creating a Change
Package” on page 217.
In the Author field, if necessary, enter your user name. The user
name specified in the Add Members command configuration
appears by default.
