For information on setting the default view in the Member History or
Project History views, see “View Preferences” on page 61.
To view a Member History or Project History in List view
With a Member History or Project History view open, select View > List.
A bullet next to the view menu item (Graphical or List) indicates the
current view.
The Member History or Project History appears as a list.
To view a Member History or Project History in the Graphical History
view
With a Member History or Project History view open, select View >
Graphical.
A bullet next to the View menu item (Graphical or List) indicates the
current view.
The Member History or Project History appears in the Graphical History
view.
The Locks view displays the following information:
Project displays the name and path of the project where the member
revision was locked from. If the member revision was locked from a
shared subproject, it is the subproject name and path that are
displayed.
Member Name displays the member name for the locked revision.
Revision displays the locked revision number.
Time displays the time the revision was locked
You can also display other columns such as Archive Name, Host, User, C.P.
ID, Sandbox, Development Path. For more information, see “View
Preferences” on page 61.
You can perform the following tasks:
To delete a lock or locks, select a list item and then select Locks >
Unlock.
The revision is unlocked.
To refresh the list of locked revisions, select Locks > Refresh.
The list is updated.
