5 In the field, enter or browse to the location of the working file for the
member you want to check in.
6 To check in the member, click OK.
If the name of the source file you specify is different than the member
name, depending on how you have the Different Member/Source File
Name option set, one of the following occurs:
Source Integrity confirms if you want to proceed. Click No if you
do not want to check in a source file different from the member.
Click Yes if you want to check in a source file different from the
member.
Source Integrity cancels the check in operation because the file
names do not match.
The member is checked in.
If change package reviews are mandatory, a pending revision is
created. For more information, see “Working With Pending
Revisions” on page 335.
Check In Options
General Specifies the following general check in options:
Label is a unique string that identifies the new revision. Revision labels are
usually assigned during check in, but can be assigned later, for instance, using
the Member > Properties > Add Label command.
Move Existing Label moves the label if it already exists on another revision.
In the Web interface only, select from one of the following options:
Select Yes to move the label.
Select No to not move the label.
Select Confirm to be asked for confirmation of the action to be taken.
Lock Revision causes Source Integrity to check in the working file, then
immediately lock the new revision. This allows you to update the archive while
retaining control of the revision. If this option is not selected, the working file is
checked into the archive unlocked.
