Appendix A: Views 452 The member’s path and name, for example, c:\sandboxdemo\ demoap.c, appears in the first row underneath the columns. If the working file can be edited, the entry is preceded by a document and pencil icon ( ). If the working file is read-only, the document and pencil icon is crossed out with a red line ( ). Revision displays the following information: the revision that the working file corresponds to, indicated by a white document icon the member’s revision, indicated by a blue striped document icon a list of the revisions in the member history, for example, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and so on Author is the user who checked in the revision. Date is the date and timestamp of the revision. The date and timestamp can be either the check in time and date or the date and time the file was last modified, depending on how the user checks in the file. Locked displays a revision’s lock status with a padlock and the date and time the lock occurred and the name of the user who locked the revision. Labels are the labels attached to the revision, for example, Draft1. State is the revision’s state, for example, Beta. C.P. ID displays the revision’s associated change package ID, for example, 8230:3. For more information on change packages, see “Using Change Packages and Reviews” on page 213. When Track Locks are enabled, the C.P.ID column displays a lock change package ID assigned during any lock procedure. In all other cases, the C.P.ID column displays the member revision change package ID. For more information on Track Locks, see your administrator. Revision Description displays the <strong>com</strong>ments that were assigned to the revision when it was checked in. Select a revision by clicking it or moving the selector bar to it with the cursor keys. A box below the list of revisions displays the revision description for the currently selected revision. As you move the selector bar from one revision to another, the description changes to reflect the currently selected revision. u s e r g u i d e
Member History View The Member History view can be resized within the Source Integrity application window’s workspace or reduced to an icon in the application window. The Member History view also supports standard shortcut menus. Selecting and right clicking a revision in a Member History view displays a menu of actions you can perform on the selected revision. Member History View (Web) When you open a member history, Source Integrity displays its contents in a Member History view. To view the Member History view, do one of the following: select Member > View Member History click the member name link in the Project view The information in a Member History view displays in columns with the following headings and icons: The member’s path and name, for example: readme.txt in Project: c:/Libra_Program/project.pj Revision displays the following information: the member’s revision, indicated by a blue striped document icon a list of the revisions in the member history, for example, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and so on Author is the user who checked in the revision. 453
