Appendix A: Views Project Information View 464 By Change Package Panel Change package information displayed on the By Change Package panel is drawn from the modifications calculated from the checkpoint <strong>com</strong>parison. The By Change Package panel displays the following information: ID displays the change package ID for change packages that contain entries with member changes between project revisions Summary displays the change package summary for change packages that contain entries with member changes between project revisions. Modifications that are not associated with a change package (unresolved) are displayed in the bottom frame of the By Change Package panel. Where possible, the member or project name is displayed with full path information. The following are reasons why modifications can appear in the bottom frame: The change package entry is missing; either because one was not recorded for the member operation, or the entry was discarded. The operation that made the modification cannot use a change package, for example, adding a subproject. The project state captures <strong>com</strong>pared are from different development paths. Pending change package entries do not appear in the By Change Package panel. The Project Information view displays information for a specified project. u s e r g u i d e
Registered Projects View The General tab displays the following project information: Project Name is the path and name of the project. Registered Projects View Shared From appears only if the project you selected is a shared subproject and displays the path and name of the project where the shared subproject originated. For information on Shared Subprojects, see “Adding a Shared Subproject” on page 127. Server is the Integrity Server name and port number where the project resides. Development Path displays the development path name (if a variant project on a development path, or project contains a variant subproject on a development path). Revision is the project’s current revision number. Last Checkpointed is the last date and time the project was checkpointed. Members is the number of members in the project, not including subprojects. Subprojects is the number of subprojects in the project. Description is a free-form text description of the master project. Edit the existing description, or enter a new description. For information about the Attributes tab, see “Working With Project Attribute Information” on page 259. For information about the Development Paths tab, see “Working With Development Path Information” on page 261. Registered Projects View (GUI) From the Registered Projects view you can open, create, import, and drop projects. When you switch views from a Registered Projects view to another dialog box or window, the Registered Projects view is no longer visible, but it is still accessible from the taskbar. The Registered Projects view contains one tab, Regular, that displays projects used for regular development. 465
