2 With the desired information displayed in the window, do one of the<br />

following:<br />

Select File > Print.<br />

Click .<br />

The Print dialog box is displayed.<br />

3 If necessary, modify the general, page setup, and appearance options.<br />

The following are some page setup tips for fitting more information on<br />

a page:<br />

Change the paper orientation to landscape to ac<strong>com</strong>modate larger<br />

window widths.<br />

Decrease page margins to fit more information on a page.<br />

If your printer supports multiple page sizes, select a larger paper<br />

size to fit more information on a page.<br />

NOTE<br />

Information from rows is not split across multiple printed pages.<br />

4 Click OK to print.<br />

The information is printed.<br />

Each printed page contains a header that displays the printing date,<br />

the user printing the document, and the window title. Each printed<br />

page is numbered in the footer.<br />

By default, this guide describes how to perform steps using the mouse. For<br />

your convenience, an alternate way to perform many of those same steps is<br />

available using the keyboard.<br />

Access Keys<br />

Keyboard access keys appear as underlined letters on a menu <strong>com</strong>mand, or<br />

as a dialog box option, allowing you to access most items on the interface.<br />

You use the access keys by pressing and holding the ALT key, then the key<br />

indicated by the underlined letter.<br />

Access keys can also be used in a sequence, for example, ALT, F, S. This<br />

sequence means press down and hold ALT, and then press F, and then S. In<br />

the main application window, performing this sequence would open the<br />
