page 240. When a deferred add member operation is submitted as<br />

part of a review, a pending member is created (see “Working<br />

With Pending Revisions” on page 335).<br />

To lock the revision, select the Lock Revision option.<br />

To keep the working file of a newly added member, select the<br />

Retain Working File option.<br />

11 To accept the information, click OK. To accept the information for<br />

multiple members, click OK to All.<br />

If you are adding a dropped member and the member’s archive still<br />

exists, the Existing archive detected dialog box is displayed informing<br />

you that an archive already exists for the member.<br />

12 Select from the following available options:<br />

To add the member and associate it with the existing archive,<br />

select Share the existing archive.<br />

To create a new archive for the member, select Create new archive.<br />

A new archive name is generated automatically and the old<br />

archive is left unmodified.<br />

To cancel the operation and not associate or create an archive,<br />

select Cancel this operation.<br />

13 To <strong>com</strong>plete the operation, click OK.<br />

To <strong>com</strong>plete an operation affecting multiple files, click OK to All.<br />

14 Repeat steps 1 to 12 for the remaining members, if necessary.<br />

The newly added members appear in your Sandbox view.<br />
