The Annotated Revision view displays the following information: Revision displays the revision number for each annotated block. Author displays the author of the revision. Date displays the date each member revision was created. Line displays the line number for each line of text in the revision. Revision Contents displays the text contained in each annotation block. To customize the fields displayed in the Annotated Revision view (graphical user interface only), see “View Preferences” on page 61. Select an annotation block, then from the History menu, select one of the following: Revision Information, see “Viewing and Editing Revision Information” on page 314.
