Creating a Report
Project Member History
Generating Reports
This report displays all the revisions of a specified project member. For
each revision, it shows:
revision number
revision date
revision description
When you choose the member to report on, you can specify that the
information should be sorted according to Revision Number or Revision
Date, in either ascending or descending order.
Source Integrity provides you with the ability to create reports.
Reports are summaries of the data in your project. Reports are based on the
standard and custom fields of issue types. Reports can be customized to
include images, fonts, hyperlinks, and can be saved as HTML files for
viewing on the Web.
To create a report in the graphical user interface
1 With a Project or Sandbox view open, select the project or sandbox
you want to report on.
2 From a Project view, select Project > Reports.
From a Sandbox view, select Sandbox > Reports.
The Select Report Type dialog box is displayed.
3 To save the results of the Reporter’s analysis to data files that can be
read by most database applications, select the Save Data Files option.
